What was the best school lunch?: LaVonne Ackerman

Hi, folks! Speaking of school … we should talk about school lunches. Did you have a favorite? Maybe it was pizza and fries, or baked turkey smothered in gravy!

My favorite lunch was whatever was served on Lucky Sticker Day! If you found a sticker on the bottom of your plate, you were given a free ice cream. One always had to be careful when checking for that sticker when the plate was still full!

It will be time soon to flip another page on the calendar. Say goodbye, again, to summer and now to September.

Have a super fine week and don't forget to share your news with your neighbors!
