Linda Mehaffie and Michael Corradi were re-elected as president and vice president of Middletown Area School Board for 2020 during a Dec. 3 reorganization meeting.

Mehaffie and Corradi have led the 9-member board as president and vice president since December 2016.

Mehaffie was first elected to the school board in 2015 and re-elected in 2019. Corradi was last re-elected to the board in 2017 and his current four-year term expires in December 2021.

The board Dec. 3 also welcomed newly elected members Andrew T. Kinsey and Stephen C. Shemler.

The two are replacing Julie Gomboc-Turyan and Brian Keating, both of whom chose not to run in 2019.

Re-elected to new four-year terms on the board in 2019 were incumbents Christopher Lupp and Jennifer Scott.

The other three members are Melvin A. Fager Jr., Darnell Montgomery and John A. Ponnett Jr.
