Brian Davis has been offered and accepted the position, according to township manager Betsy McBride.
He will start July 20.
Davis is a Lower Swatara Township resident with an associate’s degree from HACC and with experience with hydrology and engineering firms, McBride said.
His starting salary will be in the low $50,000s and increase once he completes two certifications.
Davis replaces Madison Smith, who was hired May 1, 2019 and resigned effective June 12 to accept a position with Susquehanna Township.
MS4 stands for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System. Stormwater requirements of the Clean Water Act are under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s MS4 Program.
