A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Lemoyne man who has been charged with felony theft of services after disputing more than $6,000 in charges at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg East, 815 S. Eisenhower Blvd.

According to the affidavit filed with District Judge Michael J. Smith and provided by police, Thomas Shue, 31, and a woman stayed in the hotel from Jan. 29 to March 22. They reportedly told staff that they were staying there because their home was flooded.

According to the affidavit, the hotel is owed $6,800.68. The hotel received a letter that Shue is disputing the charges and the fact that he stayed there.
