We have a surprise for you.

Check out our new website!

Our new website is designed with the reader in mind – with a lot of changes to provide a more user-friendly experience.
You can post comments on stories right on the site – something we couldn’t offer in the past – and post upcoming events on our community calendar for others to see.

And we now will offer an E-edition, for readers who prefer to get their news delivered to their computer instead of the nearest newsstand or their mailbox. You can now subscribe to the E-edition, print edition or both using the website, as well as submitting and viewing classified ads and obituaries online.

As technology continues to advance, so does the way media outlets deliver the news. At the Press And Journal, we’re moving forward, too.

Our new website is more accessible, with a lot of new features. A slideshow at the top of our page will highlight breaking news and other top stories for your convenience.

Additional subcategories allow you to get the specific news you’re looking for, whether it is high school sports, cops and courts, or general news.

More of our stories will be a package of print, photos and video that can be found within the stories on our website.
Our archiving system is also new and improved, allowing you to find past stories by date, date range, or keyword.

You’ll still find us on Facebook and Twitter, but you will find our new website to be a hub of news, information, community events and community comment – all in one place.

We think it’s better than what we offered before.

Tell us what you think. We’d like to know your opinion – what you like, what could be better. Check it out and offer us your critique. We’d love to hear from you.
