Breakdown for Saturday, June 6: Lancaster County has 3rd most new cases in Pennsylvania, figures show

The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed 701 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 75,086 in all 67 counties.

The state also reported 45 new deaths, for 5,931 total, in 55 counties.

Saturday’s statewide increase was about 0.9 percent. The highest one-day increase in total cases statewide was 1,989 on April 9.
