NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Royalton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, will consider enactment of this Ordinance at a public meeting on June 5, 2018, commencing at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Royalton Borough Building, 101 Northumberland Street, Royalton, Pennsylvania, 17057, or at a subsequent public meeting of the Borough Council.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 240 INVOLVING FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT IN THE BOROUGH AND PROVIDING FOR PERMIT REQUIRMENTS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES IN THE FLOODPLAIN ZONE AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ANY PERSONS OR BUSINESSES WHO FAIL OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIRMENTS OR PROVISIONS OF THE FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE.
