Traffic stop reveals heroin worth $40,000

A Harrisburg woman faces drug charges after state police discovered 40 bricks of heroin with a street value of $40,000 in a van in which she was riding during a traffic stop on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Londonderry Twp.
Wanda Liz Morales-Morell, 36, was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance on Dec. 19 after troopers stopped the van for failing to drive in one lane, state police said.
