Yesterday when I went to pay my pound of flesh for the most recent Middletown electric bill (which was $.172 per kilowatt-hour), I was amazed – I had to play “Where’s Waldo” to find the office where I could make a payment.

I followed the various signs to the second floor rear as directed. It seems that the town that has no money can afford to remodel the offices where one has to pay bills.
When does Middletown start construction on the new incinerator?
