George Scott too liberal to be in Congress: Letter to the Editor

George Scott is not right for the 10th Congressional District, and will not be getting my support in November. Here’s why: While he claims to be politically moderate, he is a traditional liberal-progressive.

George Scott is in lock-step with the left’s agenda.

An example of his extreme leftism is when he went so far as to even include in one of his commercials a video of him burning a gun. George Scott is a serious threat to our Second Amendment Rights.

Another point that proves George Scott is not as moderate as he would like to appear is his stance on health care.

George Scott would like to see the failing system of Obamacare expanded and is a supporter, alongside many of the liberalist Democrats, of universal health care.

George Scott also attempts to paint himself as a moderate candidate by including in his commercials that he is a Lutheran minister. However, Scott is vocally pro-choice on his campaign website, which should be in sharp contradiction with his beliefs as a minister. As a Lutheran minister, George Scott should be supporting life not degrading it to something that can just be thrown away.

While George Scott would like you to think that he is politically moderate, his views suggest otherwise.
