Deborah Yandric

  Deborah K. “Debbie” Supan Yandric, 74, of Middletown, died Thursday, September 10, 2015 in the West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg.

She was a homemaker and a musician in various bands in the area. She taught music and was an accomplished accordion player and she appeared on the television show “Teen Time” in the 1950s. Debbie was an expert cook and baker, having won numerous cooking contests, including the Harrisburg Chili Cookoff and Pillsbury Bake Off.

Deborah is survived by her husband of 38 years, Daniel P. Yandric; one son Barry Lopatic; one daughter Leezette Lopatic; one stepdaughter Natalie Ivey and husband Ken; one brother Paul B. Supan III and wife Veronica; five grandchildren Cerise, Pierce, Sonya, Dillon and Rhyan Lopatic; and one nephew Paul B. Supan IV.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 South Second Street, Steelton, with the Rev. Ted Keating, Pastor at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Middletown Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
