We love cars. Not just because they get us from here to there. We love their style. Their shape. Their color. “Cars are the sculpture of our everyday lives,’’ Chris Bangle, former chief designer for BMW, once said. We remember our first one fondly, as though it were our first lover.
Beautiful antique cars, lovingly restored, lined the parking lot at The Middletown Home for the home’s annual Car Show on Friday, June 20. Residents and visitors could admire their sleekness, their sheen. They sparkled like gems in the sun-drenched afternoon. Check out who was there – and what they saw!
