Highspire mayor, users frustrated by Memorial Park damage
Highspire is in the process of repairing Memorial Park with donations from a local bar, but some are determined to leave their marks and a few choice words for others.
Police have said that the park is becoming a hangout for youths and some have defaced picnic tables with graffiti.
